ORDER PROCESSING: While most orders ship within 3 business days, please allow 1-7 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 1-7 business days to let you know your order is on the way!

T-Shirts & Mugs are drop shipped from a third-party printer. Orders with more than one item may ship separately.

3” Stickers, Sticker Packs and Coloring Books ship directly from Punaballoo and will ship complete.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING We use Flat Rate Shipping on all products. Though most items will ship USPS First Class Mail in 2-5 days, orders shipped by our third-party printer may ship with DHL in 2-8 days. In rare occasions UPS and FedEx may also be used.

FREE SHIPPING We offer free shipping on orders over $35.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at punaballoo@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the packaging and the item’s condition.
