This carrot shirt was inspired by a minor dinner-table stabbing.

When I was little, I tried to get my dad’s attention at dinner by stabbing him with a fork. He survived. Years later, I drew a carrot chasing six free-range peas with one. This is what people mean when they say art is therapeutic, right?

Disturbing the Peas features our hand-drawn carrot brandishing a fork while six terrified peas run for their lives on a soft, comfy unisex T-shirt. It’s a funny gift for gardeners, vegetable lovers, farmers market regulars and anyone whose childhood dinner stories require a disclaimer.

Want to continue disturbing the peas elsewhere? Get the matching carrot sticker, refrigerator magnet or long sleeve shirt.
